Wendy Sturtevant and her husband chose to settle down in the Tri-Cities in 2006 in order to be close to family and raise their own children. They appreciate all of the opportunities the river and the various parks offer to locals, as well as the close driving distance to larger cities. Plus, the Tri-Cities has a plethora of wineries and small restaurants to satisfy any hunger pang.
Wendy finds the housing market unique here, as the Tri-Cities held steady when other areas in the United States have shown losses in tough times. Not only that, but new construction is still on the rise and the Tri-Cities is rapidly expanding.
Prior to becoming a Century 21 Tri-Cities agent, Wendy worked in the real estate business as both a licensed real estate broker and an unlicensed assistant. She doesn’t see herself as a salesperson, but rather a facilitator in helping clients discover what they really want. Wendy understands that a family’s needs change. For a buyer or seller, this can mean upgrading to a bigger home or downsizing to a more manageable space.
She appreciates Century 21 Tri-Cities’ unique marketing plan set up for clients, which she feels is unsurpassed in the region. “It’s for this reason that buyers and sellers who choose Century 21 Tri-Cities get the best in the business,” Wendy says.
Wendy was present at every. single. appointment! It was terribly helpful to us as first time home buyers to have someone with us all along the way. She was extremely friendly, perceptive, and accommodating, and explained the process to us in a way that made us feel confident in every home buying decision we made.
