Michelle DiIorio is originally from Colorado, but moved to the Tri-Cities 12 years ago. Since her move, she has fallen more and more in love with the area. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys boating, camping, and other outdoor sports. Her favorite thing about the Tri-Cities is the Columbia River. Michelle has held many different jobs in the past, including firefighting, working as an EMT, and working in the emergency management field for more than 18 years with the Department of Energy, where she was awarded the Life Saving Award from Hanford.
Aside from previous work experience, Michelle has been involved in property management all her life. After purchasing her own home at 21 years old and getting involved in the buying, selling, renting, and fixing up aspects of real estate, Michelle found her true passion. She is a true believer that work is not work if you love what you’re doing.
Michelle loves to help people and strives to give each of her clients her all. She is dedicated to taking the time to advise, educate, and guide her clients when buying and selling a home. Michelle wants to be there to guide you through the process and make your investment feel effortless, so you can feel confident each step of the way!
Michelle was an excellent listener, understood what we looking for, had our best interest always in mind, extremely professional, and enthusiastic. I would recommend her to friends, family, or coworkers without hesitation.
Michelle has an amazing personality and her enthusiasm made this the best house buying and/or selling experience we’ve had. In contrast to other realtors we’ve worked with in the ares, she is the most professional and personable we’ve dealt with.
Michelle went over the whole process, checked in at key points, ensured everything was completed, met us at the title signing, met the builder with us, as well as the house inspection. She also helped get us an awesome deal on the house price.
