This was a very difficult property with lot's of challenges with buyers getting financing. Kelley went above and beyond to make it happen. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. We chose to hire Kelley for the purchase of our new construction home because of her attention to detail and knowledge of the building process. We knew she had worked with other builders and has a background in interior design. When using Kelley previously to sell our home we were so impressed with her punctuality when corresponding and thinking of things before we had a chance to worry about them. An example is how she contacted our mortgage broker for us to confirm details about our loan. Not having to make those types of calls and correspondence was a huge assistance that we didn't expect from a realtor. We knew this would come in handy during a new construction build.

Kelley knew where the available lots in our price range were and where not to waste our time. She understood the type of community we were interested in raising our family. Kelley was extremely thorough with the dealing of our new construction home. She was in direct contact with myself and the builders realtor on an almost daily basis ensuring that pre-construction included nothing less then exactly what we wanted in our new home. She negotiated with the builder for changes in our original plans without hesitation insisting that we had to love every part of this new home. Kelley was never reluctant to ask for yet another change on our behalf- as large, small, unnecessary or ridiculous as our request may have been 😉 Kelley was present for every meeting, inspection, and walk thru. She always worked her schedule around ours to be able to attend. Kelley's knowledge of escrow in general helped answer many of our questions. Not all realtors attend escrow meetings but having Kelley there when signing so many important forms was very reassuring.

A few of the areas where Kelley completely exceeded our expectations include being patient and understanding during the decision making process, her knowledge and experience of the construction process and her accessibility. She regularly responded to me early mornings, late nights, Sundays and even while on vacation.

Working with Kelley from start to finish was truly enjoyable. She exceeded our expectations with every aspect of our home building and purchase. I look forward to working with her again on any future home buying or selling.

"Met and began our home search with 3 agents. One was ambitious but a rookie with limited market knowledge who put us on their online search which generated 100's of listings most of which did not fit the profile we indicated.
